When purchasing on CornerLuxe, you have 2 options: free in-store pickup at one of our Paris boutiques or home delivery within France and internationally.
Free In-Store Pickup in Paris
You may collect your items FREE OF CHARGE directly from one of our boutiques in Paris.
The storage location and opening hours are specified on each product page (under the SHIPPING / PICKUP tab).
Upon collection: presentation of a valid ID matching the name provided during purchase is mandatory.

Delivery
All items we sell are already in stock at our premises and fully authenticated: they are ready to be shipped to you!
We ship parcels within 24 hours from Tuesday to Friday inclusive for all payments completed and validated before 1:00 PM. In the case of grouped shipments involving items stored in different boutiques, a delay of up to 72 hours may be required to consolidate the order.
Parcels are shipped via insured Colissimo tracked delivery with signature upon receipt and 100% insurance coverage based on the item value.
For high-value items, we also work with UPS. Shipping costs are indicated on each product page under the SHIPPING / PICKUP tab.
Shipping is free within France for purchases over €500!
Returns
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. You have 7 days from the delivery date to notify us of your return request by email at qualite@cornerluxe.com.
A return authorization code and return instructions will then be provided. The item must be returned complete, in its original packaging, with all accessories and documents, including all tags and security seals properly attached, within a maximum of 7 calendar days.
Initial shipping and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer. For in-store purchases and collections, as the item is inspected upon pickup, no return or exchange is possible.
